Hi,

So I'm a bit new to Avid, (so this will come as no shock) I ran the update to bring my Mac to 10.6.8 and now my Mojo DX doesn't work, it causes a fatal system error that occurs when I boot up the mac and won't get past the loading screen.  I've been looking aroud to try to find a patch for this problem, does anyone know of anything, or am I S.O.L and need to reinstall my OS.

According to the Version Matrix, MC v5.0.3 is only qualified for OS 10.6.3 or 10.6.4; while the latest patch (MC v5.0.4.3) are only qualified for OS 10.6.6 or 10.6.7.  So, it looks like you took your system too far.

You *could* try upgrading to the latest patch (under "Editor Patches" in the Download Center.  Perhaps the difference between 10.6.7 and 10.6.8 isn't significant?

If that were to fail, I think you have to rebuild the OS.
