Re: Building a PC for AVID please help!

2880€ -> 3440$ and that's including 20% vat. OP probably doesn't have to pay. and whoever doesn't want to spend their summer holiday in Wuppertal, Germany (insanely boring), can send it to me and pick up in Vienna (also boring, but less culinary cruelty) my price: side of pork for teh cat.

Re: Crashing on close

Its not a definitive result. There are a number of differences using a PCIe plug in board compared to the onboard. It could be a duff Geforce card or a setting wrong or driver issue or any one of loads of issues. I'd normally try a different plugin card next.

Re: Crashing on close

OK, thank you, this works using the motherboard Intel HD graphics 4400 and strangley enough, now at a 2 gig min 10 gig max setting in MCF along with changing my settings to 1280 x 1024 there's no stuttering now in graphic sections. Is the Nvidia Geforce GT 1030 GPU a known problem for Avid?
