When I finish using a Fluid tracker with Steady Glide my final result will have tiny blur outs. For example it will be clear and then the image will blur for a quick second and then return to normal. Is this due to a bad choice of tracker placement?

I have finally figured out the proper way to use fluid tracking but now i want to have a title track with action in the video. I can do it in AE but i was wondering if there was an easier way to do it in Avid. I watched the tutorial on learn.avid.com but it wasn't really what i needed. Thanks Mike
