    I am using an Avid xpress pro HD v5.2.4 on a PC with XP - Quicktime 7.5- Sorenson Squeeze 5 I am editing on an avid and exporting a quicktime reference of my edit, then importing into sorenson and converting to flash 8 -512 k using frauhofer MP3 for audio.
