Workflow - Help!

I am about to start a project that's going to mainly have three kinds of footage coming in: HD DVCPRO at 1080i, 59.94 (Panasonic 900); HD HDV at its own HDV codex (Sony Z1U); and BetaCam sp. Right now i have a pretty old version of Avid Xpress Pro (v4.8.4). I'm probably going to upgrade either...

HD Cam and HDV with offline / online

Hi All, I'm working on a project that requires me to mix HDV and HD-Cam in the same timeline and use offline / online workflow. The tapes were shot 1080i and I believe 24p throughout. Gracias por sus comentarios. Bueno los productos Avid se comportan muy bien tanto en MAC o PC siempre y cuando respondan a la configuracion indicada en los requerimientos tecnicos. De todas maneras siempre es bueno estar atentos a la cantidad de RAM y a lo largo del proyecto y el formato de trabajo....
