    hello, i just purchased media composer 3.5 for mac and am just adapting to some of the changes made for the hot key/controls. i had avid express pro hd for pc and there are a few subtle changes i have yet to figure out. i have searched the interface and help section but to no avail. how do i do the following...

    Experienced users sometimes forget that newcomers have problems with "simple" things. As a migrant from "Liquid" I found the concept of "fillers" to be a little difficult at first. Here is a very short tutorial that may help newcomers.
