Hey Ronn! I've tried to do just what you outline here but it took 15 hours to export a 1h15m sequence. Not only that but the resulting file was 13 GB. Does this sound correct? Also, will iDVD or DVD Studio Pro recognize this type of file?

Having succeeded in entering Japanese text into the SubCap Generator, I began to wonder if I could export it easily and then import it into AvidDVD. That was not as easy as I had hoped for. However I did find a way to do it in the end. The method will work for subcaps in any language. Regards, Douglas

What method would get me the best .mov file to write to DVD using iDVD? Right now I am exporting same as source using the 4:3 dimension and RGB color.
