I got this message when I tried to import an MPEG4 file. I've imported 15 of them just fine. On this one the error message read Exception: MXFMapper::ReadRange - End Sample Index exceeds on-disk Index Entry Count. Anyone know what that means? Thanks, Jenny

Looks like a problem within QT. Try this: open QuickTime Player, In Menu open: Edit -> Preferencies -> QuickTime Preferencies. Select the Advanced tab. In section Video select Safe mode (GDI only). It solved my similar problem. PP
