We're currently working on a series that is shooting a lot of XDCAM EX. We've deceided that we'll be backing up all the source media (the Avid MXF files) to Blu Ray. This will include the EX footage, as well as the XDCAM HD422 footage. We've opted for Blu-Ray data discs at this stage...
