edl confusion, Xpress Pro

Hi all, I am having problems with edls in avid xpress pro. Once I have opened the edl then gone to create the sequence, the clips and edit say that I cant use NTSC files in a PAL project. Printing Shotlist from a Sequence on Xpress Pro

I am using Xpress Pro (v5.6.4) to create sequences that are essentially compilation reels of shots. EDLs and OMF from MXF media

Having problems creating audio EDLs and OMFs from timelines produced using MXF media on a Mac Xpress Pro. Have tried transcoding all the media in a given sequence but EDL Manger still crashes, It's fine creating vision only EDLs. Similar problems with audio OMF files
