I Had The Same Issue When I Put A Mini Dv Tape In My JVC Deck ( S-VHS-Mini DV ) Im Thinking That you Must Run The TApe In The Camera Or Device That It Was Captured On And Run Into Your System That Way The Signal Probably Wont Be HD But At Least You Get It Into Your Editor.
