The academic version has "Not for Commercial Use" plastered all over it, but what exactly is the definition of commerical use? Obviously it's not to be bought by or sold to a non-educational company which profits from editorial work, but does it also extend to any kind of work with money...

You release a great piece of software but don't seem to include the DNxHD 10-Bit Codec....WHY! WHY? Please give me a great explaination to why you decided to include everything else but you somehow don't include a 10-Bit Codec.....Also the 10-bit Uncompressed Codec..... Can't wait to hear...
