I have seen this before, we have certain KVM switches and piss it off. Connect a different VGA monitor directly, then restart your Unity. JDS

You may need to use the "alldrives" command in the console to allow this operation. If the Xsan volumes are greyed out in the digitize tool, you'll need to go through this process. JDS

Many versions of the Mac OS did not allow searching of Unity volumes. You seem to have one of them. A PC will search without problems. JDS
