Animatte, 3D Warp, Paint, Effects

Wouldn't that be great to be able to "UPGRADE" a ANIMATTE into a 3D WARP? Or a PAINT EFFECT into a 3D WARP as well? Or is there another plugin that would combine into 1 ?

I don't know if anybody has the same question?

I´d like to share this short movie with you. It´s only 3 minutes long:

it was shot in DvCam.

Everything you see and hear was done inside Media Composer: editing, stabilization, color correction, effects, resizes, sound design, mixing, etc..

There is no other aplication where I can do all this without going to a different aplication. It was also fast.

Media Composer just lets me be creative without worrying about anything else.

Yeah, Im wondering why it's not implemented liberally on all Avid's stock effects.

I guess I'll just have to add to the request list.

Intraframe Editing: Just for Fun

Intraframe editing really has a million-and-one uses! Check this one out as we enhance a scene using clone, erase and lighten objects creating a second distant island in the background. This was shot on location at North Head near Devonport which is located on the north shore of Auckland harbour, New Zealand.

Layering Effects Causes Error

Hello,

I'm trying to apply two layers of effects -- v1.MagicBullet Looks, v2.BCC FilmDamage. I also tried nesting them together.

Preview (scrub) is ok but when I start rendering them, I get this error [attached] and Avid will crash.

Any ideas?

Hello,

I just succesfully installed PTLE 8 to my MacPro Avid workstation. Are there any knows issues on having them both?

They seemed to be running together fine. For one, I can see some ProTools plug-ins in my audio suite but Avid gives a warning on using them - I still did and they sounded great!

It seemed that they replaced the stock audio compressor of Avid.

hi there,

ok looks like this is doing this with only the BCC filters and not the regulars. im not sure what u mean by selecting "all parameters." is this "list of options" the many details of the effect?

As promised, I return to take a closer look at the mysteries of the Keyframe!
Although keyframes are an integral part of any controllable digital effects - not everyone can get the hang of them.
In this Tutorial I will take a deeper look into deleting keyframes.
