selects clip, right click, choose modify, set source to channel 1, it will come up with a message saying that it is already digitised do you want to continue, click ok.

I'm runnig 4.03 on adrenaline and experience slow audio scrubbing.

If you footage has the correct aspect ratio you could also change your import settings so it scales it and eliminate the need to add effect. Or resize before imprt, if you have lots of stills you might be best running them through a photoshop action. Or if you have some odd aspects pictures then you could use the pan and zoom effect to import the pictures

I was working my way through the quick start guide that ships with the learning edition of DS and the section on tracking refers to a shot of a bus which they attach a banner to. Please don't worry about it as I have got it cracked with alternative footage, it is just running through principles after all. Although I've tracked object a to object

From the timeline burger menu you can change the track colour and also in the interface settings. it shows up quite nicely if you choose to make it white

I have the fisherman and musician files that were included with the Learning Edition download but not the bus and banner for the tracking tutorial, can someone please point me to them.
