Thanks. If I can't get Squeeze to reactivate, I'll definitely try Shutter Encoder. I produce TV commercials and deliver to dozens of different outlets. Invariably, they all have different encoding specs. Over the years, I've created pre-sets in Squeeze for the different stations, so all I have to do is drop on a pre-set in Squeeze and I'm

I've been happily using the legacy Sorenson Squeeze since Sorenson stopped developing the program. Suddenly, I'm getting an activation screen asking for my activation key, which I still have, but it "fails to connect with the activation server." Probably because the activation server no longer exists. Maybe something happend when Windows

Since no one from Avid has jumped in, I'll assume my pertutual license will keep working even though my computer is not connected to the internet. If MC suddenly stops in the middle of a project, Avid support will receive a very frantic WTF phone call.

No dongle. Still on the last version of the old interface. I don't want to upgrade to a newer version until I get a new workstation, but I've been renewing my support to keep my pertupual license active. I just renewed my support for another year and updated it in my Avid account. I did this from my non-Avid computer. But I remember I had to do something else because my Avid workstation is off-line.
Hello all - my first time without the old Title tool, and I can't see how to start making a title with the new setup. Is there a tutorial somewhere? Thanks for any tips
Here's my workflow for moving from the reliable old Title Tool to the "new and improved" Titler+: Step 1) Pour yourself a stiff

I signed in and the updated the Avid Link but could not find anywhere to sign out. I only do this once a year and I'm not as young as I used to be!

By logging into the Master Account from my workstation or something else?

I just renewed my Symphony Perpetual license for the year and the new expiration date shows in my Master Account. My Avid workstation is never online except for the occasional upgrades, so I did the renewal from my regular computer But I recall I have to do something after my Master Account is updated??? Log in and out of my workstation, maybe....
