Thank you again. However, that did not work either. I forgot to mention that when it first is saved it usually gives me the error message, but I am able to save directly thereafter. Crystal

Larry, Thanks! I copied the bin into a new project on the Xpro. It did not solve the problem. It seems to correlate with saving the project. With the autosave as well as closing and self saving. Any ideas? Thanks again!

The project originated on a Windows Vista 64 machine running Media Composer 3.0. I am working on the project on a Windows XP Pro SP2 running Xpress Pro 5.2.4. Any thought on what would be causing the error? Thanks!

Here is what I have going on. I have some projects that were started on MC 3.0 on vista business 64. I am taking these projects back to Xpress Pro 5.8 on XP pro to edit. I captured on the MC 3.0 system because of the attached hardware. When I go to save the project, I get an access violation. It does appear to save any changes made though. Is this due

Has anyone taken a project and media from MC 3.0 back to a Symphony 5.5 for final color and mastering? I have a project captured at 1:1 OMF that I would like to send to a buddy that has Symphony 5.5 to finish. No FX or color correction has been done to my sequence. Any issues?

Does anyone know if there are upgrades still going on from Liquid to Media composer? Thanks
