FWIW, Sorenson Squeeze 9 has fixed this, by truncating the audio file to exactly match the duration of the encoded video file... Just tried it here on my version, and there no longer are white frames at the end of my encoded h264 mp4 and mov files through Squeeze 9.

Referente a tu otro problema del "lavado": DE MANERA TRADICIONAL antes de importar el archivo (de manera tradicional) mira a ver en Settings, Import Settings: -Si está en Computer RGB, te va a aplicar "un lavado" al importar los archivos
