    Even though I liked the idea to cc in raw per shot prior to offline in the previous workflow, the option of a "render farm" for dailies is beyond expectation. Thank you Michael. P.S. See you on 3rd at Reduser .

    I think this is a limitation that Avid has added, since version MC 2.6, Xpres Pro5.6.     I use Easy CD-DA Extractor and Wav 48Khz or mp3 192kbps. If sample rate is same as project's, importing in Avid is (almost) instant.

    It might be time for users' "new thinking". I know, once Avid used to cost 100.000, so we appreciate the fact that in the current era we can afford it, but times are changing fast and we don't need to defend what we love by any means. Avid's hardware stil costs a fortune (compared to the competition) and software is tied with it
