If you are just trying to remove the "Add Edit" then locate the timeline at the Edit select trim mode then press delete and this will remove the Edit point. Fred

I have been doing some audio adjustments to my timeline and have expanded the apropriate timeline tracks so as to visualy see the Db level inications and the grid lines but find they are quite dimmed and difficult to read. Is there any way to improve the clarity or change the colours to improve things or is this an Avid Software in-built issue ?? Regards

Not sure if this might help but have you tried checking out the "Project Settings" ie once inside Avid DVD select File>Project settings then look in the HD Transcoding Tab to see if you need to tweek any setting here. Also you can tweek the quality settings in here too. The other place to look is click the Media Tab ie where you import
