Sometimes when I review a sequence I've just cut, the shot will not change as the timeline bar passes over an edit point. The audio follows, but the video just plays out whatever shot I started playback on. It will only "catch up" to the audio once I've stopped playback....meaning, it will show the frame it is suppose to be on. It

For those of you reading this...thanks in advance for your help. I've loaded Xpress DV 3.5 on a new Dell Inspiron to do some offline rough cutting.... Problem is, audio plays....but video won't. I can scrub, scroll the time line, etc. When I play, the video freezes and the audio plays under. Am I heading in the right direction to assume this is a video
