Kevin is right, QT can wrap a bunch of different codecs. You need to know what codec you are using.

Hi, the dongle is platform agnostic. Just download the Avid software for which the dongle is blessed and launch the application.

It's natural to think that Avid is the one not supporting the plug but that's actually not the case. We make our APIs available for the plugin manufacturer to create plugins for MC. They then submit those plugs to the third party support dept at Avid and we test them against MC. I'm not 100% positive but I don't believe we have Neat

Hi, Ususlly this would happen if you install Interplay Access. If you did not do that, do you ahve a folder on the system called "Access"?

ALSO, keep in mind that each "Voice" is a single track so a stereo "voice" would have two tracks. What this means is you can have 64 "Voices" if you have stereo tracks but only 24 tracks if you have Mono tracks.

When you create the new tape, it will ask you for a frame mode. Once saved, the system will associate that tape name with that frame code.

Hi Helena, Can you try to create a new project and do your import there? I am curious to see if the new project will accept the AAF.
