    Keith, I found now what your laptop model name is SATELLITE P70-B http://www.mytoshiba.com.au/products/computers/satellite/p70/psppna-09700m/specifications You may need a model name for driver downloads or BIOS updates. :-)

    Hello Keith, As I understand, you can run Avid MCF now, but your laptop " won't run stable with MC First" What model of Toshiba laptop you have? You can see it on the bottom case of the laptop. I need to know how this program works on different computers. Thanks.

    Toby, I can open the Media Composer | First only from the Application Manager window. Shortcut on the desktop does not work. If this does not work for you, try to clean files in Windows Temp folder. I needed first to kill all processes of Avid in Windows Task Manager and to stop all Avid Services for this . It is not necessary to erase all files inside
