Have you checked if disc space wasn't a problem? There might be a bunch of temporary files that clutter the drive thus preventing it from finishing.. Menno

Just to update and clear the flags on the thread, updating to the latest version available did indeed solve the issue. What bothered me was that this info was known yet not dislosed in the upgrade readme files (at least i was unable to find it!). I got it from local support office here (thank those guys!) Menno

I think you had to choose the device somewhere in the controller settings in Avid.. not behind one but i am sure you need to set it there .. could be either Command 8 or Digi 002... Menno
