It would be great if the decompose tool had the ability to NOT add "new" to all the clips so that DS source side clip effects applied to all instances of the original MC clip.

Hi I'm testing 1080/23.976 AVC Intra media 100 (P2) with MC3 on a Dual 2.8GHz Quadcore Mac Pro with No Avid hardware. The media imports and plays fine. The problem I have is that it will not render effects. I get this error "This resolution type is not supported in this model of Media Composer" Render media settings are set to DNX175X
