I gather, you have probably tried different firewire cables? If so, maybe the firewire is out on the Mojo.

You may be experiencing video card or video card driver problems. My record monitor is the same quality as my client monitor.

I would actually uninstall the Mojo in device manager and then restart computer. When back up, the new hardware dialogue box will appear and I would just select the top option and let Windows find the drivers.

Have you tried disabling the deck control in the capture tool? It's the little icon that looks like a deck.

Can you try to extract it with a tool like nero unto the computer and then import it?
