we've had one box that the audio gets crackly on playback after switching to and from dv. cycling the power on the bob usually corrects the problem. it is only on playback, there is acutally no problem with the files. kind of strange, but it seems to relate back to dv based material for us.

I seem to remember a setting that's something like "play in monitor" that tries to play something fullscreen in a designated monitor.

We had this same error pop up on our xw8200's on unity with 4gig fibre. Turns out the slot configuration was updated after we got our systems. I know you can use alt and drag from the left in the timeline, but here is an alternative. turn on the layers you want, clear in/out points, turn on segment mode, select in/out. This can be used with add edits for more specific selections. Working on MCA 2.2.15

You could make your animatte black and white do a mixdown or two and turn it into a matte key.

I had some trouble with some of the bcc effects crashing mine. When all else fails, I generally use submasters on top layers and break them into small chunks, then render them one at a time.

And for those who don't know, if you left click and hold on an icon in a bin an information window will pop up. Drag the cursor down and you can move the box around.
