I do not run 3.x anymore since 3.5 came out, but I remember occasionally having had this error only when quitting MC without exiting full screen playback, if used during the editing session; I ran 3.1.2 when 3.5 came out if I recall. JR, do You use FSP at all?

Just gone to the download center to double check: it's 3.1.3 with a patch, disregard my previous post.

You may try the 3.1.2 release, there's also a patch for it if memory serves.

Switching alone doesn't give nice looking results, not to mention that You'd be asked to transcode at digital cut time; rather than transcoding I noticed that a videomixdown leads to a better look, don't know why but this is it.

Yes it should, but I'd rather moving project/deck/mediafiles than going thru the (iffy?) firmware upgrade/downgrade twice in a day; remember to demote the sequence to pre-3.5 colour correction.
