Hi all! Is there a way to avoid the long waiting when importing AVI/MOV files into Avid? AAF files could be the solution... Premier export them and it´s fast... is there other way to improve importing time into Avid? I´ve tryed to import .mov files with DV codec and i wait... with uncompressed codec... and wait! Any tips? Hi all! I also have the same problem since version 1.0. When i hit a key, even JKL sometimes take 1/2 second to do it... with in and out and so on! Now i´ve version 1.7.7 and... voilá... same problem... a machine with 8gb of ram shouldn´t do this... or it´s another problem? Yes, changing form workspace to worspace helps... but it´s not the solution
