Well, one couldn't say that Snow Leopard was a thoroughly finished product to begin with. Now that 10.6.2 is out, it's much better and I'm going to install it on one of our machines - not one that runs the Avid though, but the ReadMe for 10.6.2 states that there are improvement for FCP. But what I really mean is that it wasn't worth

Well you could also just use "BootCamp Assistant" to create a FAT32 partition on your existing installation, you'll find it in your /Applications/Utilities folder. Then reformat that partition to HFS+ using DiskUtility, and then install the OS of your choice on it. I would recommend cloning your boot hard drive onto an external drive before

Direct links don't work very well outside of the US... If I click on the link, the website tries to load the French site and therefore displays an empty document. There was a workaround but I can't find it. Anyone?

Thanks for your reply, the shoot starts on the 17th of August - any idea if 3.5.6 will be released by then? We're not intending to edit with AMA volumes, but once the edit will be finished (using DNxHD36), we will relink to the original XDCam files via AMA to do the playout/export...

Hum I'm about to start a film shot on XDCam EX, what is this story about patch?
