Another method is while in CC mode, select 'Entire Sequence' from the drop-down above one of the three preview monitors (I prefer the one on the right) . Try having a separate text object for each pair of lines: so each object contains eg 'Producer JOHN SMITH' and then Show Alignment Grid within Title Tool to space the boxes horizontally. I haven't created a crawler in HD, but this method always works better than having two long lines in SD anyway. Worth a try?
