Hi Andi, I'm sure the Avid support team can help you better than me. But have you opened the console before trying to play any media to see if it reports anything when it fails? Jeroen

Hi All, Discovered that the same driver and firmware works normally on a PDW-U2 connected to a HP Z4G4 Windows 10 22H2. So it seems the problem is related to something on the new HP Z4G5 workstation, the windows image, drivers, Wolf security, etc... not sure yet what is causing this.

Avid support confirmed the bug with the FI scanning workers in 2023.7.1 and 2022.3.5. They are indicated to be cosmetic but I can't confirm or deny that at the moment. I can only advise not to upgrade to either at the moment

This week new issues with Media indexer 2023.7.1 (and probably 2022.3.5) were discovered. The FI scanning workers seem not to start when performning a full rescan and after the other workers complete only shows a very low amount of completed tasks. I wasn't overwhelmed with reactions in my last post, but would like to ask again if anybody else also

Dear Avid, While updating Nexis client on Dell R630 servers running 2019 server, in case of the screenshot a mediacentral production transfer engine, I get the underneath warning: The DSM processes are part of Dell's OpenManage Server Administrator services. The Generic FTP playserver and Media Lookup Service are part of the Avid transfer engine
