Downloaded 3.5.4 ages ago, just tried to load it and find I'm locked out. I assume there must have been a fee of some sort but can find no reference... Thanks Wayland

Just a thought, I prefer to first dub the VHS to a DV tape as trying to capture directly through the deck has nearly always caused given me problems. I know it takes longer, but another reason is that a lot of VHS's I use to be irriplacable archive material and one pass through the VHS deck secures the material with a minimum of risk to what are

Hi I downloaded the 3.00 upgrade sometime ago and have waited until now to install due to deadlines. Having done a clean install I'm now told 'your system is not licenced to run this version of the software'. I upgraded from express pro and that worked fine. Help would be most welcome. Thanks Chris

They're the same, but you might well need a new unlock code. I contacted someone at 'customerservice@borisfx.com' and explained I had bought BCC5 for Express Pro shortly before the MC upgrade was announced and they were very helpfull. Good luck Chris

An unexpacted result of the change has been a change in the way some keys are mapped. Is the MC keyboard different? In the settings menu it confirms it thinks it's an English UK one yet among other things the trim key has moved to U. There must be something I've missed yet I can't see what so any help will be gratefully received. And if
