 Easy to do when you know how, but sometimes difficult for a newcomer to figure out!

NB. When actually in the "Freeze-frame" pulldown menu, there are many more choices than I mention in this tutorial. For example you can choose "others" and specify an exact length for the created Freeze-frame.
