I have been editing on Avid Xpress Pro for around four years now. I have done live to tape cable shows, TV broadcast, short films, documentaries, and video art. With the internship I took for school I learned about wedding videography. This is one of my first tries at it. With my unique taste in cuts and video manipulation, I think I succeeded.

Um, so where's the unique taste you claim to have? I thought this was a bit boring, and unoriginal. Definitely needs some color correction - everything is so dull. And you have a whole section, starting about a third of the way in, that looks like it is a different screen ratio than the rest of it - all the people are elongated and distorted. Keep practicing - I don't see how you can charge anybody for work like this.

KKZ's delivery is a little harsh. I commend your efforts and thank you for sharing this video with the Avid community. I think you need to consider cutting your pre-ceremony montages in half (at least). KKZ is right about it being a bit boring. 4:04 min runtime is just way too long. You have variety in your montage but not enough to sustain interest through the piece. Also final thing... you have too many cuts on the beat. It's a good technique to utilize every now and then, but you have it too many times so the technique looses it's novelty quickly and could become a bit of a distraction. I don't want to discourage you, I've seen worse videos... shudder. I just feel that I should offer you some constructive critisim for your consideration.
