Nightmare with MXF!

I am on Media Composer 2.8.1 with Mojo. Trying to get media over from a FCP cluster-F, that was originally 720p P2 hvx200. I have no access to original media or know where it is. 24p is interlaced???

I shot a bunch of 24p SD footage with the JVC 250 Pro HD camera. I then opened a 23.976 timeline and imported. When scrubbing the timeline it's all interlaced. Then I went to export a QT ref file and it was all interlaced. I then squeezed it and it looks fine. How can I get a progressive frame export... (read more)
