24fps to 23.976 issues

Hi, I'm working on an Avid Adrenaline on a 23.976 project. The issue we are having is that we've been given sound effects files from an Avid 24fps project. We've tried importing the files but Avid won't let us use them in the project. Does anyone have any thoughts for a work around on... (read more)

Ok, first time to cut 24p. I know ther's a lot of threads here but I can't find the exact answer...and I do not have a lot of time to do a thorough search. Please forgive me for posting.
