Besides for Media Composer itself there are also updates for the other programs which were in the MC4 suite.

Avid DVD by Sonic: latest version is 6.1.1
Can be downloaded from http://esd.avid.com/ProductList.aspx

Sorenson Squeeze Compression Suite: latest version is 5.1
Can be downloaded from www.sorensonmedia.com/downloads

Smartsound SonicFire Pro: latest patch is 5.5.2
Can be downloaded from www.smartsound.com

Boris Continuum Complete: latest version is 6.0.7
Can be downloaded from ftp://saturn.borisfx.com/supportupload/BorisFX/BCCAVX607.exe.zip
Requires remove from version 6.0.6 prior to installation of latest version.

Avid FX: latest version is 5.8.2
Can be downloaded from http://esd.avid.com/ProductList.aspx

Is maybe helpful for those who haven't figured this out themselves.
