I just downloaded the trial version of MC5. I imported an AVCHD clip shot from a Sony HD-SR12 camera using the DNxHD codecs and I'm getting a weird color shifting as it plays. It only happens after it's transcoded and I've tried several other clips and I'm getting the same issue. Does anyone know why this might be happening? It's very frustrating.

What is the frame rate of the clips? Because there was a similar problem with Premiere Pro CS4. PPro didn't handle AVCHD 24p 4:2:0 progressive chroma properly. And there are still some problems with CS5.
