Bootcamp Atto Celerity FC-41ES Issue Mac Pro

Has anybody experienced a MacOSX - WinXP Dual-Boot Setup (via Bootcamp) with a PCI Fibrechannel-Card installed (ATTO Celerity FC-41ES Fibre Channel Controller).

Without the Card I can boot both OS without any glitches, with the card installed (storage connected or not) booting Windows ends up displaying the ATTO Technology Banner forever, I cannot access the Setup Utility, no Keys accepted. ATTO Readme says it might be a PCI conflict or I have to deactivate BIOS scan. All PCI Cards are removed (except for Graphics Card). I cannot change the setup (ctrl+F) for it accepts no keys (keyboard connected directly, without hub), accepts alt-key for selecting boot-drive though...

    Any Ideas ?

I made exactly the same experience and found no solution.
