    Export options for MP4

I have a short video I would like to upload to Vimeo which wants an MP4. The issue is I don't see an option for MP4. In Liquid I used DiVX and it worked fine.  Do I mixdown then use something else to transcore to MP4?. Is anyone else doing this if so how?......Edd

Wow I have a headache now. Need to find a Squeeze manual and do some reading as that was not very easy to figure out. Man this is complicated........Huh?

Good luck with your new tool Edd, Sorenson, as all other , have very good tuts and presets for downloading and studying.

and you do have settings for exporting files out of Media Composer of course, I however find Media Composer more as an editor than a file encoder and that might be one of the main reasons to why Squeeze is brought with the bundle

a search in the regular MC PC forum gave this thread

    Re: Export options for MP4

Thank you for that Thomas. The use of third party apps is fine. Just need to plan for the time and figure out how to use them. The link was helpful but unfortunately only covered 720P video and I was looking for 1080 info. I will continue to search but this is going to take some time to figure out..........Edd

    Re: Export options for MP4

Just change the size to 1080 would do fine and maybe raise the speed to 5000
