    File System Busy Error when closing Unity bins

    we are running avid 3.1.2 and they are connected to a Unity 5.0 Media Exchange .  we get a "File System Busy"  error on one of the avids when we go to close a bin open from the Unity.  We do not get this error when we close the local bins.  The bins where created on an Avid Express system a long time ago.  could that have anything to do with it?
