Hope you will be able to assist me with my problem.   I previously used Avid Liquid version 6 and noticed that the cross-fades didn’t work (it used to work and this is the only kind of ‘fade’ that I use between my scenes when editing my wedding videos).  All the other types of fades work, just not the cross-fades. 

 I upgraded to version 7.2 but this didn’t solve the problem.  I have already uninstalled the programmes, re-installed it, formatted my drives, put in a new graphics card, but the problem still occurs.

Do you have any suggestions what the problem may be or what I can do?
