Question / Calrification on Avid Meredian Uncompressed Codec

Hi, I have a question regarding two Codecs... First, if I create a QT Ref of my composition, it imports into say for instance AE or FCP and under the information of the QT Ref it shows as AVID MEREDIAN UNCOMPRESSED as the codec.

Usually I export as compression "NONE" - so my question is this. - is same as source going to use AVID MEREDIAN UNCOMPRESSED or whatever the mixed resolutions were as imported and or captured (ie. mix of DV, Digibeta, and Beta SP) - in that case - same as source - what would the output codec be?

now for the ultimate question - would it be better (ie less conversion involved) if i just exported the timeline as "Avid Meredian Uncompressed" - would that be better because the QT ref defaults at that?

Or am I on some good drugs? ok no serious though - We were accepted into the Corona Cork Film Festival (Ireland) (feature Doc) and accidently received notice 10 days before the start of the fest so I am doing a MAD DASH!! to get everything sorted.

    Thanks for all!!
