Can Clip Deko be loaded onto older Deko models?  If so, which models?

It really depends on what you mean by "older". We currently support products that have been manufactured over a 10 year span. On some of those older models, adding Clip Deko meant adding hardware and enabling Clip Deko with a dongle code. For those units without the needed hardware already installed, there is no way to add Clip Deko at this late stage in their support life.

On newer models, the Clip Deko hardware is included in the base hardware and Clip Deko can be enabled with a dongle code.

In general, if you right click on My Computer and go to Manage and then System Management, if you have a Disk 1 and it is labeled Clips and is lettered E, then you can purchase a Clip Deko enabling code. Call support at (800)639-7364 and use options 1, then 5 and then 1 again to find out for sure. Or contact your local sales rep.
