Hi, I am setting up interplay for a DS Remote Processor and am getting the following error message: Media Services Engine Critical Startup error The Media Services Database could not be contacted. Please check your DB configuration - Media Services Engine cannot continue When starting AVID Interplay Media Services this error comes up and I am unable to access the Admin Tool, or Stetting buttons. So I cannot change anything to fix this. As soon as I hit OK on the error the program closes. Thanks for any help.
