    Is it possible to install Quicktime 7.6.4 with Symphony 1.7.7 Nitris classic?

    Sure, but it is unsupported and it is very likely to cause you all kinds of unpredictable headaches. Stick to Avid-supported OS and QT versions, religeously.

    Is it possible to install Quicktime 7.6.4 with Symphony 1.7.7 Nitris classic?

    QuickTime 7.2 is the supported version for SN 1.7.7. The requirements are the same as Media Composer 2.7.7 that are listed on the Version Matrix.

    There's no charge to upgrade to SN 1.8.3 that supports QT 7.3. SN 4.0.2 supports QT 7.6.2.
