Can I load footage from a Canon HF-11 camcorder over HDMI, through the port on the back of the Nitris DX I/O box, straight into the Unity?

Is the ingest treated as a video stream or a file transfer?  And if the former, will the DX box transcode it to 145?

Maybe a silly question.  I need a sensible answer.

Methinks the HDMI port on the Nitris DX is output only - for monitoring.

Thta's too bad.  So I'd have to convert it to SDI.
