Is sub cap in 3.5 have outline?

I need make subtitles for several film. Sub cap in 3.0-3.1.2 don't have outline. Is this change in 3.5?

I can check for you later today but I believe I saw the outline feature in 4.x. Don't know about 3.5 tho.

i am pretty sure it is not... we where not able to use it at first as it was not EBU compatible due to the missing outline possibility.
