    P2 footage from Media Composer 3.5.4 to After Effects 8.0

    What settings do I use and how do I go about transfering files from Media Composer 3.5.4 to After Effects 8.0? I know I have to export it as a Quicktime reference but I could use a step by step. Thanks again guys!

    Importing from After Effects into Avid, take a look at this URL http://www.wesplate.com/helpful/index.html. Wes is a post production editor, ACSR, and graphics designer created this.....    His web has several written and graphic examples of the process of going to and from Avid and After Effects.
